We aim to support recognized accessibility practices, including keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful headings, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for informative images, readable scaling, and reduced-motion preferences.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Content, technology, third-party services, and standards change over time, and we review the experience as updates are made.

Some functions may be provided through independent intake, patient portal, provider, pharmacy, or payment platforms. We encourage those providers to maintain accessible experiences, but their systems are controlled by them.

Describe the page, the issue, your preferred contact method, and the accommodation requested. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible format.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, descriptive text for images, and support for reduced motion.
