Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the general handling of clinical services, prescription fulfillment, delivery, cancellation, and refund requests.

Effective September 17, 2026

Prescription fulfillment

When a clinician issues a prescription, Rush Pharmacy performs its own verification before dispensing. A clinical approval does not guarantee immediate fulfillment; availability, verification requirements, payment, and applicable law may affect timing.

Shipping time

Processing and delivery times begin after the pharmacy accepts the prescription and completes required verification. Timing varies by destination, carrier conditions, weekends, holidays, and medication availability. Any estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery and storage

Patients are responsible for providing an accurate address, monitoring tracking, receiving the package promptly, and following all storage instructions. Contact the dispensing pharmacy promptly if a package is delayed, damaged, warm, missing, or appears tampered with. Do not use a medication that may be compromised until the pharmacy advises you.

Cancellations

A cancellation request should be made as soon as possible. Clinical services already performed may not be cancellable. Once a prescription has entered pharmacy processing or has been dispensed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Refunds and prescription returns

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned or restocked after dispensing due to patient-safety laws and pharmacy rules. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service and the party that charged the amount. Approved refunds, if any, are returned to the original payment method.

Problems with an order

For a dispensing, package, temperature, damage, or delivery concern, contact Rush Pharmacy promptly and retain the package and contents. For a clinical service concern, use the patient portal to contact the provider network. Carrier delays outside a party's control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where we ship

Medication is dispensed and shipped only by a licensed pharmacy to addresses in states where it is authorized to dispense and where care was provided. We do not ship to California, outside the United States, or to any location where dispensing is not permitted. Medication is shipped only pursuant to a valid prescription.

Temperature-sensitive medication

Temperature-sensitive medications are packed with appropriate insulated materials and cold packs where required. Refrigerate upon arrival as directed on the pharmacy label.
