Contact & Medical Disclosures

Know who provides care, who dispenses prescriptions, where services are available, and how to seek appropriate support.

Effective September 17, 2026

Service area

Onnova Pharma Rx serves 49 states. We do not serve California. Availability may also depend on clinician licensure, patient location at the time of consultation, pharmacy coverage, and applicable law.

Provider network

Clinical consultations and prescribing decisions are provided through LocumTele. Its licensed clinicians use independent medical judgment. No prescription is guaranteed.

Dispensing pharmacy

Approved prescriptions are fulfilled by Rush Pharmacy. The pharmacy independently verifies prescriptions, dispenses medication, provides labeling and instructions, and manages pharmacy-specific delivery issues.

Contact channels

New patients can begin at the online intake. Existing patients should use the patient portal for clinical questions, privacy requests, and anything involving protected health information.

Do not send sensitive health information through ordinary email or an unverified channel.

Medication and results

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription medications with risks, contraindications, and potential side effects. Images on this site are generic illustrations and do not represent a particular manufacturer, formulation, concentration, package, or the exact product a pharmacy may dispense. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Compounded medication disclosure

If a clinician prescribes and a pharmacy dispenses a compounded medication, it is not FDA-approved and has not undergone FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. A clinician should discuss why a compounded option is being considered and any available FDA-approved alternatives.

Emergency and adverse events

This service does not provide emergency care. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care for severe abdominal pain, trouble breathing, swelling, fainting, signs of a severe allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm, or other urgent symptoms. Contact your clinician or dispensing pharmacist about side effects and medication questions.

Report side effects to the FDA

You may report serious side effects to the FDA through MedWatch at www.fda.gov/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088.

Prescription requirement

All medications require a valid prescription issued after a telehealth evaluation by a clinician licensed in your state. Patients must be 18 or older. We do not sell medication without a prescription.
