Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Prescription medications are dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription issued by a licensed clinician after a legitimate telehealth evaluation that establishes a clinician-patient relationship in compliance with the laws of the state where you are located. Medication is never sold without a prescription, and online questionnaires alone do not replace clinical review.

You must be at least 18 years old. We and our partners may verify your identity, age, and location before care is provided or medication is dispensed, and may decline or discontinue service if information cannot be verified or appears false.

Clinicians are licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of consultation. Prescriptions are dispensed only by a licensed pharmacy authorized to ship to your state. Medication is not shipped internationally or to California.

Applicable consultation, program, and medication fees are disclosed before you are charged. Payment of a fee does not guarantee a prescription. Refund terms are described in the Shipping & Refunds policy.
